RSMac Consulting Inc. announces contract with Bayview Golf and Country Club
RSMac Consulting Inc. is proud to announce that the company has been awarded the consulting contract to assist the Bayview Golf and Country Club with their Human Resources, Labour Relations and Health & Safety needs. The Bayview Golf & Country Club has a mixed group of non-union and unionized employees with unionized employees represented by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). RSMac Consulting will lead the Club through negotiations for renewal of their collective agreement and assist with Labour matters throughout the year as well as other HR & H&S issues as they come up.
RSMac Consulting will also provide on-line and in-class training in matters of HR and H&S when needed.
